When you create Business Listing / User Account you agree to

• That the information and User Content you upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available to us or on our Sites, including without limitation reviews, trademarks, logos and screenshots, is accurate and free of third party encumbrances;
• Provide and keep current accurate and complete information about yourself and your company ("Business Listing Registration Data")
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account and log-in credentials
• All information related to you business like contact information and images which is provided while listing must belongs to you ('You', 'Owners').
• While creating business listing on SipBizz you need to upload a logo and images for your services/products/business. You must be a copyright owner of logo and images

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provide is inaccurate, incomplete or impersonates another person, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and Business Listing.

We adhere to following payment terms and conditions

• No Cancellation: SipBizz does not allow to cancellation of the plan after the purchase https://sipbizz.in
• No Refunds: There will not be any payment refunds if you stop using or cancel or deactivate your user account https://sipbizz.in
• Technical Failures: If in the case of technical failure payment is failed OR balance is debited from your bank account OR if you face any other technical difficulties. Usually, such transactions are reverted/credited back into the user's account within 7 working days.
• Refund in case of a technical failure If after 7 working days you don't review any refunds, You can raise a request to check the status on our end with the following details, by using SipBizz contact us form on https://sipbizz.in

  In this case SipBizz team will evaluate the issue and process refunds(if any) within 14 working days. Only if we find the issue is legitimate
